Job Description:
A company is looking for an Appraisal Analyst III to review and
quality control residential real estate appraisals and underwrite
mortgage lending collateral.
Key Responsibilities
Perform reviews of loan origination appraisals, validating
valuation techniques and communicating results
Manage vendor communications regarding asset-level quality control
issues
Provide support in training and mentoring, and assist other teams
within the Underwriting group as needed
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience in Real
Estate, Management, Business, or Finance
6 years of valuation experience, including a minimum of 2 years in
field appraising residential properties
2 years of experience in reviewing appraisals
Actively Licensed or Certified Real Estate Appraiser
National/Institution review experience preferred
